Garnet Star (again) and Pleiades During Occultation
On a rare clear night, I took another series on the Garnet Star, this time with the duo filter. The goal is to catch some nebulosity around the Garnet, and maybe bring this out via PixInsight or similar.
Here is the result, processed through StellarStudio Auto. 813 subs, 15 seconds at 60 gain, from atop the van (alt/az). Duo filter.

The Garnet Star
That night, the moon was passing in front of the Pleiades. I scheduled some time there, but only one sub was kept. Here is what the Dwarf stacked itself. The StellarStudio process looks really bad, with a magenta square in the middle of the frame, so I’m skipping that. 15 seconds, 60 gain, astro filter, 1 sub.
