Pacman and Soul Nebula after three nights' integration

Last night was the third night (not consecutive) that I gathered light from the Pacman and Soul Nebulae.

After the previous night, I learned that I can’t see the Pacman before roughly 10:15pm (10:30 is safer). With Astronomical Dusk around 9:30, I decided to gather light from the “Caroline’s Rose” cluster from 9:30 to 10:30. I got 40 subs, 60 seconds at 60 gain, astro filter; StellarStudio “auto” and I tried Apple Photos “enhance”, as well as a bit of cropping.

For Pacman, I got 150 new subs at 45 seconds, 60 gain, duo filter. I manually deleted 7 bad subs, due to wind gusts or other vibrations. Do birds land on Monsters’ Clubhouse? Who can say?

For the Soul, I got 226 subs at 45 seconds, 60 gain, duo filter. I manually deleted 11 subs due to wind/vibration.

Here are the results from the first night, two nights, and three nights: August 18, 20, and 21, 2025. First, the Pacman.

And the Soul:

The Soul seems to show more enhancement going forward than the Pacman. Perhaps because it’s more faint?

Anyway, this has been great fun!
